I'm 26 years old Muscovite (Russia's capital resident), my name is Viktoria.
Here is the story behind the nick: I'm football fan and Manchester United is THE team. So some of my friends started to call me Viki Becks with analogy to infamous David Beckham's wife (yes, Sir Alex Ferguson is right, thinking that this woman totaly ruined David's football career and made him cr*p, sorry). I couldn't bare such thing and here is how nick was born.
I'm now at the last post-graduate year (Lomonosov's Moscow State University). I'm writing "Corporate Strategies in High-Tech Industry" dissertation, partly because it's connected with the place where I work - Intel Corp.
I like reading and prefer reading in English, even Russian classics.
Well, apart from football and reading, my interests include but are not limited to: travelling, history (esp. Ancient Egypt), musiс (Madonna for soul and brains, depressive finnish guys H.I.M. for autumn, variety of stuff for spirit), dancing, talking and listening, cats.
I've recently discovered love for photography. I'd like to improve my abilities in this field + as I am fan of Norway, I really hope to have time (at last) and start learning Norwegian. So here are my plans for post-dissertation future.
I don't watch TV (don't have it in my room) and don't read newspapers. This is one of my principles. Like it or not, but that's how it is.
So, if you have common topics for discussion, feel free to bother me :-)
If we happen not to have mutual interests, that is not a problem at all. I'm open to new discoveries, just share them.
